The studio suite is located within the main building and boasts the same appealing features as the standard rooms but is larger and comes with separate living and sleeping areas. The room is equipped with one king-size bed large living area with attached balcony.

We are required to comply with all City of Sedona short term rental regulations and are committed to protecting our guests and our property which is why we've partnered with Super Hog’s “Know Your Guest”, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will be sent an email and will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will be able to create an account allowing you to access all the property details including check in and Wi-Fi instructions. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver through Super Hog’s “Know Your Guest”. There is a small non-refundable credit card fee retained by the credit card processor.
